You can get that good through studying tutorials and practicing. I use photoshop.

You cannot submit wallpapers you didn't make. keep doing so and you will be banned from Mintiokyo. Firt warning

You need to tidy up the extraction on the scans you've used. Also, a wallpaper needs to be more than a scan or two pasted onto a simple background. You need to create layers & textures. Create some effects of a scenic background. But a plain backgroubd will almost certainly be deleted straight away.

Keep practising & you'll perfect it

I am terribly sorry that they deleted your wall *hugs* I know that feeling. They deleted three of mine. I wished I saw it though before deletion to help if I could. It mostly probably got deleted because of simplicity. That is the biggest reason why they delete. I say check out some tutorials and spice it up more.
Oh, and don't apologize for ranting. I totally understand and relate. I am telling you just take your original wall and add a lot more to it. I bet it wouldn't be deleted again =)

Hmm the Inuyasha scan has to be cleaned a bit more and a background scene might have been useful. If you do that and then talk to one of the mods through the supprt showing them the improved wall they might let you resubmit it
